I’ve just bought myself an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil and have had great fun playing with my artwork...And so I made my collage into a textile design...and the next step is to put it into repeat and then to get it printed..

Our usual dining table wasn't big enough to fit all our guests round it for Xmas lunch so I had to come up with a simple alternative. I bought an 8x4 piece of mdf, painted it and decorated it with black stencils. It was cut into 3 pieces and they were held together with hinges so that we can fold it up and keep it for next year. It seemed like a good idea to quickly knock something up in the fortnight before Xmas however it took me forever and I ended up staying til the early hours most nights!

I have created this design from recent plant drawings in my sketch book specifically as a paper cutting template for my website. It can be printed onto A4 paper - you just need to cut out all the white areas - and then collaged onto a piece of A4 paper and framed and you will have created your very own paper cut artwork

I'm feeling really inspired by house plants at the moment. I love the shapes and movement and they make my space feel healthy.. This collage contains references to leaf and flower shapes.

I adore the work of Ben Nicholson - he's one of my favourite artists. This piece is inspired by his reliefs, although his work is so simple and beautiful and I struggle to stop making marks!
