This is a new paper cut design and is one of a collection that I am designing of landmarks and urban landscapes. It is supplied UNFRAMED
It is 30cm diameter and is made from a single sheet of cut black paper with collage (blue sea). It’s mounted in relief so you really get the sense of it being made from cut paper and I recommend presenting it in a box or shadow frame.
It’s part of a trio of Cardiff Bay landmarks.
